Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
What Can Be Returned
Eligible for Return:
Unused bobbin organizers, storage boxes, and accessories
Items in original, undamaged condition
Standard (non-custom) products
Not Eligible for Return:
Custom or personalized items with specific names, labels, or modifications requested by you
Items showing signs of use or wear
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Digital downloads or files (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us Email us at [your email] or use our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive Authorization We'll respond within 24-48 hours with:
Return authorization
Return shipping address
Any additional instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging when possible
Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend USPS with tracking)
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
Keep your tracking number until the return is processed
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt
Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Defective or Damaged Items

Exchanges
