Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for Return:

  • Unused bobbin organizers, storage boxes, and accessories

  • Items in original, undamaged condition

  • Standard (non-custom) products

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom or personalized items with specific names, labels, or modifications requested by you

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Digital downloads or files (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us Email us at [your email] or use our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Authorization We'll respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization

  • Return shipping address

  • Any additional instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package items securely in original packaging when possible

  • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend USPS with tracking)

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

  • Keep your tracking number until the return is processed

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

  • We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us immediately with photos

  • We'll send a replacement at no cost, or provide a full refund including original shipping

  • We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange

  • Return the original item following our return process

  • We'll send the replacement once we receive the original item

  • You're responsible for return shipping; we'll cover shipping for the replacement

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)

  • Items not in original condition or showing signs of use

  • Items with missing components or accessories

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible.

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or are missing part of your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We'll send the correct or missing items at no additional cost

  • No need to return incorrect items in most cases

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with household members and neighbors

  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number

  • Wait 3 business days (sometimes carriers mark items delivered early)

  • If still missing, contact us and we'll open an investigation
