Processing Time

Standard Orders: 3-5 business days. We carefully print and inspect each item before shipping to ensure you receive the highest quality product.

Custom Orders: 5-7 business days. Custom or personalized items with specific labels, colors, or modifications may require additional production time.

Holiday Periods: 5-10 business days. During peak seasons (November-December), processing times may be extended. We'll notify you of any delays.

Made-to-Order Products Most of our items are 3D printed to order, which means:

  • Your product is freshly made just for you

  • Ensures consistent quality and material freshness

  • Reduces waste and allows for customization options

  • Products are not sitting in a warehouse for months

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States Domestic Shipping:

USPS First Class Mail (Standard)

  • Delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment

  • Includes tracking

  • Most cost-effective option

USPS Priority Mail (Expedited)

  • Delivery: 2-3 business days after shipment

  • Includes tracking and insurance

  • Available at checkout for faster delivery


Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Example: Standard order (3-5 days processing) + First Class shipping (3-5 days) = 6-10 business days total

International Shipping:

  • Delivery: 10-30 business days, depending on the destination country

  • Includes tracking to most countries (tracking availability varies by destination)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout based on:

    • Item weight and dimensions

    • Shipping destination

    • Selected shipping method

  • Multiple items may qualify for combined shipping discounts

  • Free shipping may be available on select items or orders over a certain amount (noted at checkout)

Order Tracking

Domestic Orders:

  • You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships

  • Track your package through USPS.com or the link in your shipping notification

  • Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment

International Orders:

  • Tracking is provided for most countries

  • Updates may be limited once the package enters your country

  • Contact your local postal service if tracking stops updating

International Shipping Important Information

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties charged by their country

  • These fees are NOT included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority

  • We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount

  • Packages may be held by customs for inspection, which can cause delays

Delivery Times:

  • International shipping times are estimates and can vary significantly

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal service, or international events

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers

Address Requirements:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Include phone number for international orders (required by carriers)

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for some international destinations

Shipping Locations

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

  • Canada

  • International destinations (most countries worldwide)

Some remote or restricted locations may not be available. If you're unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Order Confirmation & Updates

Once you place your order, you'll receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email - immediately after purchase

  2. Processing Update - when your order enters production (if applicable)

  3. Shipping Confirmation - when your order ships with tracking information

Shipping Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made BEFORE your order ships

  • Contact us immediately if you need to update your address

  • Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the buyer's responsibility

Delivery Issues

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received:

  • Check with household members and neighbors

  • Look around your property (porches, garages, mailrooms)

  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number

  • Wait 3 business days (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)

  • Contact us if still missing after these steps

Package Damaged in Transit:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents

  • Contact us immediately with photos and the order number

  • We'll file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund

Package Lost in Transit:

  • If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 30 days (international), contact us

  • We'll open an investigation with the carrier

  • Once resolved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund

Delivery Delays:

  • Weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control

  • Check tracking for the most current status

3D Printed Items:

  • Made with high-quality PLA filament

  • Durable and suitable for long-term embroidery supply organization

  • Colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and material batches

  • Printed in a smoke-free, pet-free environment


Quality Control:

  • Every item is inspected before shipping

  • Minor variations in 3D printing are normal and do not affect functionality

  • We stand behind our products with our 30-day return policy
